What Nucleus processes
Nucleus processes account identifiers, purchase and entitlement records, chat content, model selections, usage measurements, conversation summaries, and optional memory items. Stripe processes payment-card details; Nucleus does not store full card numbers.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate users, provide model access, maintain conversation continuity, enforce spending limits, prevent abuse, complete payments, support exports and deletion, and diagnose reliability or security problems.
AI providers and infrastructure
Prompts and selected context may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the model provider you choose. If you explicitly enable cross-conversation memory, short memory candidates may also be embedded by OpenAI through Vercel AI Gateway for semantic retrieval. Supabase hosts authentication and application data; Vercel hosts the application; Stripe processes payments. Each provider handles data under its own terms. We minimize the context sent and do not intentionally place secrets or payment data into model prompts.
Guest and account data
Guest identities depend on the browser session and can be lost if you sign out or clear browser data. Guest conversations are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Signed-in users can retain history across devices. Operational logs and backups can outlive an in-app deletion for a limited period.
Your controls
You can export eligible conversations, delete conversations, disable memory, and request account deletion. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or information you are not authorized to share.
