Service and eligibility
Nucleus is a metered interface to supported third-party AI models operated by ruizTechServices LLC. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase access.
Plans are metered
A time-based pass grants access for its stated period and includes a finite compute allowance. It is not unlimited use. Different models consume allowance at different rates. Access stops when time expires or the allowance is exhausted, whichever comes first.
Model availability and output
Model availability, pricing, latency, and capabilities can change without notice. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice without qualified human review.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nucleus to break laws, violate provider policies, abuse infrastructure, bypass usage controls, infringe rights, distribute malware, or generate exploitative sexual content. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
One-time passes expire automatically. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed compute is non-refundable. Duplicate charges or a verified service failure will be reviewed in good faith.
